Psych rears it's ugly head.

Why is it that when one is told that they can't eat certain foods that one suddenly has to constantly think about said foods (to remember not to eat them) and the constant thought then causes one to crave the forbidden food?

I desperately wanted McDonald's today for the first time in months. Stupid Dr. Rod-in-his-ass for telling me I can't have it. Bah.

(I did abstain, though. I had spinach lasagna instead- light on the tomato sauce).


In other news, I got off of work at one and then spent an hour in Ann Taylor Loft buying many lovely clothes. I spent almost $600.00. Have I mentioned that I am broke. And I paid with my brand spankin' new Ann Taylor card. I am inwardly (and kind of outwardly) cringing at the fact that I got a store card because I have no money at all and the ten percent I "saved" will probably come back with interest when it takes me six months to pay off the card. But! Pretty new clothes that actually fit!. Now I just need some pants and I will be all hunkey dorey.

And, since I am here- does anyone know of a really comfortable strapless bra for a relatively busty person? I bought an off the shoulder shirt and bra straps will just make it silly looking.

I got one at Victoria Secret's a while back that I swear by. And it's been hard for me to find because I too am relatively busty.

What ruki said. I just got one at VS and it's marvelous. Plus, it's comfy when the straps are on, and you can do all kinds of other fun things with the straps (halter, one shoulder, etc.). It's their Convertible Strapless. As a fellow "relatively busty" girl, I highly recommend it.
