Please someone answer and explain!

491/2 : 180 :: 7 : (a.1, b.3, c.141/2, d. 25)

491/2
That's asking for the square root of 49- so, +/-7

180
If I'm not mistaken, anything to the 0th power is 1.

So, 491/2 : 180 :: 7 : 1

Does that make sense?

The square root (1/2 power) of 49 is 7. Anything to the 0 power is 1.

So my answer is 49* is to 18* as 7 is to 1. (* = superscript power thingies).

I have absolutely no idea when in my entire life I might have learned that. Algebra? Maybe? I . . . did not do well in algebra.
You have skills, is all I'm saying.
