angelchickenSo, Peter, Clyde and I went to P.F. Chang's for dinner tonight and it was all delicious and well and fun other then my fidgetiness that left me kicking Clyde quite a lot.
Poor Clyde.
But anyway, at one point Peter has his hand on my arm and as I am in short sleeves due to June his hand is sliding up my sleeve.
Clyde points this out and makes a comment (possibly about undressing me) and Peter, grabs my bra strap and pretends to pull it down all, 'ha, ha' and I give him a look. Then, out of the blue, Peter lifts my arm and pulls it through the strap thereby leaving me halfway de-strapped while SITTING IN THE MIDDLE OF THE RESTAURANT!
Dude, after my shock and Clyde's shock and Peter's shock (well, smugness, really) we all kind of looked at each other and cracked the hell up.
Seriously, I was crying I was laughing so hard. It was so totally absurd and fast and just so damn funny.
So, that's what happened to me today.
Well, and I helped my mom with the Farmer's Market again (which is more waking up at 6am which makes for a long day) and delicious brunch and taking a walk to Millennium Park - with a quick stop at the other store - to see the Bean and watch the kids get spit on in the fountain.
Tomorrow we're going to the Field Museum (early!) and then coming back and maxing and relaxing. We're getting up to get to the Museum by 9:00 or 9:30 and it will be fun as will the quiet afternoon.
So, that's my story.
