Dear everyone,

Thank you for the love and kind words.

Now, how long before I can have a cheeseburger?

I really want a cheeseburger.

Angel Chicken

ps- what should I watch this week? The world is my (bored, bored, oh my god so bored!) oyster.

eta: This week? Expect spam. I will be home with my computer so every fleeting thought I have of "I should post that to lj" will probably be posted.

You have been warned.

pps- I have a spectacularly large bruise on the inside of my arm where all the blood was drawn. I'm quite pleased with it, actually. And almost no bruise where the IV was in the back of my hand. Interesting. (let the spam begin . . . )

Why can't you have a cheeseburger now? Is there some sort of mono rule? Or is your stomach just not cooperating?

Nah, it's just I've been having problems with sicking-up the past two nights which sucks quite a lot. Hopefully, though, this will end, soon. And then I can have a cheeseburger.

The problem, you see, is that I feel fine during the day. But then at night, badness.

Hmmm...that's weird. You poor thing. I hope you reach cheeseburger status soon!

Mono is not fun. I had it in college, and it sucked. Just take it easy and don't force yourself. In the meantime, enjoy this quote from Wayne's World:

"I once thought I had mono for an entire year. It turned out I was just really bored."

Trust me, once you're free of mono, you'll think this is HILARIOUS.

I *remember* that quote! Heh.

Mono.

The disease I always knew I never wanted. Stupid . . . mono. I was about to rage on my spleen or my liver or some such but, in fact, it's all of them.

Mono- not the good kind of sleepy.

I didn't have the stomach-affecting mono either time, but my BIL did. That didn't last a terribly long time, though, maybe around 2 weeks or so and then he was just kinda exhausted like the rest of the mono-infected. So, hopefully cheeseburger for you soon. No alcohol of any kind, though, missy!

I've heard it's about two weeks which makes me wonder when the two weeks started (it's two weeks? Well two weeks is ALL IT WILL GET!) so I can count from there. I know last thursday (I think) i had grilled cheese and tomato soup and couldn't finish it because my tum was upset, but I didn't actually yak until Saturday.

No alcohol for me! But hopefully a delicious cheeseburger of happiness.

You should watch Farscape, of course. Everyone should always watch Farscape.

Actually, I think now would probably be the time to get into Who. I watched an ep last summer and really enjoyed it and so I may as well see about keeping up with that. . .

But I'll probably just watch what I have and the food network and then I will cry over the foods I can't have while I eat my rice and broth. ::whimper::
