I don't have anything to do for New Year's. It always sneaks up on me and this year I am totally unawares. I don't know how I feel about this. Maybe it's okay. Maybe I'm sad.

Anyone have any ideas about what I could do?

I think I am, too, but I also don't think I've been alone (even when I as alone on a train I was with other trapped people) and I'm afraid I'll be sad. But maybe I need to have an alone New Years. Maybe it'll be good. Maybe being alone will be better than being somewhere I don't want to be just for the sake of being out. Maybe I don't want to bend to society's rules Any More! MAYBE I WILL BREAK FREE!

Or maybe I will be oh so sad.

No, silly! Ideas on what to do! But I think I'm okay. Also, I would love to go to Indy but I think that travel right now might break me. I'm exhausted thinking aboutt he seven minuet subway ride home.

I'm most likely going to a movie with a friend. If she flakes out (which she does sometimes), we could maybe see a movie together?

Either way, I'm planning on being home, all cozy and tucked in bed well before midnight since I'm going to be starting the crazy moving stuff the next day.
