I'm so glam, I'm so hot, I've got quite the rack.

Hiya.

So, last night I dolled myself up, threw on the gold eyeshadow and black eyeliner slinked into a strapless dress and partied like it was on sale for $19.99.

Aww yeah.

I had such a good time last night, I have to say. The place looked fabulous, I made myself into a VIP VIP by taking six - yes six! - glow bracelets when everyone else just got the one. There was dancing and chatting and also a midnight breakfast because the best thing ever is eggs benedict, french toast and bacon at midnight. YUM! I love getting glammed up when I feel like I am on, and last night I totally felt on. It was a good night.

And, of course, I took pictures. I actually took a lot of pictures but I only posted a few and mostly of me. The rest I'll email to the party thrower and let her do with them what she will.

Today I woke up with very little hangover (FTW!) and so I walked down Michigan and saw Transformers which was awesome and loud and fun. I don't even know what it is about Optimus Prime, but I suspect it is the same as what ever it is about Dumbledore and Gandolf. You just know that when he shows up shit may go down but He is going to kick some serious ass along the way. Every time he was on screen I sqeeed.

I was totally going to come home and do laundry but I've lost momentum. Fortunately the situation is not dire, so I can wait a few days if the laziness persists. Or I can do it later tonight if I am so inclined. I think in the mean time I shall do the part where I rereread HBP and just chill the rest of the day. Because that sounds lovely.

Thank you! They are my new favorite shoes that I am (almost) never going to wear! And the party was fun. It helped that I had a few glasses of wine before I got there, though. I'm not a big party person, but this went off really well.
