A helpful hint
Aug. 9th, 2005 07:31 pmIf you absolutely *have* to get a blister, do try to avoid the space beneath the joint (knuckle?) of your left pinky toe because if you do not then you will be in a great deal of pain every time you take a step and you will develop quite the cramp in your outer left calf by trying not to place too much weight on that one small part of your foot.
WTF?
And I experienced a classic movie moment in which the heroine is rushing for the subway she can hear coming and trying to dash up the stairs as fast as her poor gimp foot will allow and she makes it to the top of the stairs and the doors are still open and she lunges for the open door and is within six inches of being on the train when the doors shut and the train glides off leaving her staring in befuddlement.
I didn't know that happened in real life.
I am in a truly terrible mood. >: ( <-that's my mad face so you can see how terrible my mood is. I know, it's fierce.
