1. Name some favoritest books you happen to own copies of:

The Stand by Stephen King
A Trip to the Stars by Nicholas Christopher
To Kill A Mockingbird by Harper Lee
Into Thin Air by Jon Krakauer
Jurassic Park by Michael Crichton
Motherless Brooklyn by Johnathon Letham
It by Stephen King (to this day, I can not stand clowns. Scare the bejesus out of me).
Alice's Adventures in Wonderland and Through the Looking Glass by Lewis Carroll

2. Name an author(s) you will read almost anything or anything by:

Oi. I don't know. I used to read a lot of airport authors (James Patterson, Patricia Cornwell, Mary Higgens Clark) because they are mindless and quick entertaining reads.

I don't think there is one Author whose works I have read entirely. I have read a lot of Stephen King, but that is mostly for entertainment. I like some of John Irvings stuff. I read a lot of Grisham before his books started to blend together.

3. What book do you wish everyone would read?

A Trip to the Stars. It shouldn't work, but it does. Also, Into Thin Air. You can tell Krakauer isn't a novelist, but the story is so freaking engrossing. I was completely sucked into it. And it's true which makes it even more incredible.

4. What book(s) should be turned into a movie?

Again, I don't know. Motherless Brooklyn would be a good movie, I think. Anonymous Rex, because of the bizarre factor. Most books I have read have been movies, and usually they are sub par.

5. What's your favorite biography?

Dude. I am not big on biographies (sad, but true). I did love Helter Skelter though it freaked me out like nothing else I have ever read. Along the same vein Deviant by Harold Schechter fucked my shit up, too. That would be the bio of Ed Gein, the man that Psycho and Hannibal Lechter was loosely based on.

6. What's your favorite fiction genre? Nonfiction genre?

I love mysteries and horror novels. And I really like True Crime.

While on the subject of books. I was randomly poking around my book case this evening when I happened upon a paper back called "Pride and Promiscuity: the Lost Sex Scenes of Jane Austin".

A) Hee!
B) How the hell did that end up on my book case. I swear to G-d I have never seen this book before in my life.
C) Hee! I have to read it. Good times. Good times.

And random other: I keep wanting a freaking Cigarette. I haven't had one, but damn, the temptation is strong and the flesh is weak. But it has officially been 72 hours, so I am just waiting for those cravings to subside. Any moment now. Juuuuust a second.

Damn.

And other random other: I case you were dying to know and wouldn't be able to sleep until you heard, I had egg salad, Doritos and a canolli for dinner. I didn't have the energy to grill cheese. The eggs were already boiled.
