Saturday night loser

It's Saturday night of a three day weekend and I am home alone and kind of bored. Lo-oo-ser-er. And I have no plans of the rest of the weekend. Because of the aforementioned loser thing. Everything I was going to do I did today- work and laundry.

Grr. And Sigh. Maybe I'll reregister at Match.com. Then I'll have the potential to meet someone. Also? Proactive-ish without actually having to leave my apartment, which- don't get me wrong, I'd like to do, but it's almost eleven and I'm bored and actually have a not crappy pic of myself to lure the flies to the web. Or something.

I have a really involved Buffy thing that I want to do involving all of my favorite moments of every regular character on the show (and Angel as well)- regualr characte being one who appeared in the opening credits. Well, except Doyle as I know very little about him.

While transfering my laundry from the washing machine to the dryer I noticed that there were only bottom driers available and I thought to myself "Well, I prefer the top, but I don't mind the bottom" and my mind immediately went to a very slashy place, renewing the fact that slash has taken over my entire life (I still giggle about the rubber on my probe at work. No, really. There is a wee bit of rubber on my diamond probe to help turn the stone in the stone holder/prevent chips. It's like unintentional badfic in my everyday life!)

Dude, I am so there with you. I actually was looking at the local on-line personals last night because I was bored and it's been quite some time since I've gone on a date with someone who is not gay.

What's your very involved Buffy thing? Because I, too, am working on a Very Involved Buffy Thing, which won't be done for a Very Long Time (okay, just months).

Heh. It's not a big deal, it's just a character meme thing that has the potential to get out of control. But, while I don't think it would bore other Buffy fans, its mostly something I'm doing for me because I like Buffy and want to always remember why I like it (and specifically, the characters). :)
