Stuff

I got a manicure and a pedicure today. And I got my lip and eyebrows waxed. And I made friends with the beauticians nine-year-old daughter. We bonded over being oldest children. And she told me I had to watch Cheetah Girls because it is so good. It's on tonight at eight.

I like my nail polish (my toes are - surprise - red) but I don't think I would get it again. It looks clear in some lights and shimmery purpley- pink in other lights.

And I did laundry today. Wheee! Clean sheets! That are in my linen closet as I changed my sheets last week and have slept on top of them every day since.

Ooh! New Years Day by U2. I love this song.

( I saw Pirates of the Caribbean last night. Loved it )

A bit 'o friendly advice

When the microwave instructions say "cover" before microwaving make sure you grab the saran wrap and not the foil. Very important difference. Both do cover. But one helps steam veggies and prevents splatter. The other causes explosions.

That's all.

And . . .

If you respect the hot toaster oven it will respect you. If not, ouch.

Oh baby. Ugh yeah YEAH!

I just had an aloegasm.

It was the best feeling ever. Because I keep my aloe in the fridge so it is really, really cold (in your face Blackout of 2003) and my wrist was really stingy (and don't think I won't be having words with my toaster oven) and connection between aloe and wrist was electric. It was like nautibitz fic it was so sizzling.

Guh. I think I need a cold shower and a cig.
