Question of the ages

How on earth did I make it 27 years without once witnessing an unveiling. It's shameful, really. The apathetic crowds, the almost manic MC, the frighteningly neon confetti.

How can I have missed this!

And, in case you were wondering, they just unveiled the banner for the new Sinatra Show at Radio City. They blasted New York, New York and it would have been really cool if everyone sang along (at the prompting of MC McCrackhead) but alas, it was not meant to be.

Should I watch "Something Blue" and get all giggly?
Maybe HLoD so I can watch the panther crawl frame by frame?
I really want to see the commentary on "Restless" not to mention "Hush".

Something Blue makes me giggle like nothing else I can think of. Seriously. I laugh the whole way through. I giggle in anticipation of the funny parts, during the funny parts, remembering the funny parts. Without fail. It is the absolute funniest episode ever. Heeeee!

In case anyone is interested, there are about five or six links to the con recounts in the "JM in the Media" thread over at TWoP. I am not adding the link because of laziness. A lot of them are pretty non-judgmental which is ever so nice.

My two cents on the whole kerfuffle? He can think what he wants. And if I think he is wrong that is my prerogative. And I am willing to bet (though not much b/c I am fairly broke) that I know a hell of a lot more about the show than James. It's his job. It's my obsession.

And I agree with everyone who said that he may have been playing the "Spike is evil" card a lot more than usual b/c for all of the mature people who understand that the Spuffy relationship is so very far from perfect (aka Fucked up. But fucked up with potential, as they love each other. The totally do. THEY DO!) there are just as many "Spike is so hot and Buffy deserved to have the rape happen to her" people out there as well (see: Chicago "I've been lusting after you since I was in sixth grade" chick). And, he may have had a bad day/been tired/been beaten down by Spike on Angel backlash/ been beaten down by Spike ruined Buffy backlash. It happens.
