Mmmm, chocolate. Mmmm, white chocolate. Mmmmeeeewwwwww, RAISINS!
Yuck, Ick, Patooy! Raisins are only good in oatmeal, cinnamon raisin toast and bread pudding.
Nothing else.
At all.
And certainly not Chocolate Chip Cookies! That's, like, sacrilege!

So hey? Does anyone know where I got the naked lady matches? I found them in my coat one day. Not a clue as to how they got there.
Huh.

Went Iwas in went to a berlesque show with
nautibitz,
lovebytez and
dry_witha_twist one of the acts were these clown-ish acrobat guys who wore really big pants. And then, really small pants. They were talanted and amusing and creepy as hell (I have serious clown issues).
Last week their picture was in the New Yorker. My reaction was a split between "Cool! I saw those guys!" and "GAH!"

I had the red meat of sponge brain for dinner. It was tasty. And as I was cleaning up after I was thinking about the last time I had red meat. And I was all "Wow. It's been a while. Not since . . . Christmas Eve." And then it dawned on me. It hasn't been a while. It's been a month. One measly month since Christmas.
You know how 2003 was the fastest year ever?
2004- not so much.

Totally random. Well, randomer.
I vote at every opportunity. Primaries, big elections, less big elections. And now that I am in New York for a while, I am going to continue to vote. I was thinking that now I won't have to worry about reregistering in a different state.
Then it dawned on me that New Jersey is not, in fact, New York, and if I moved to Jersey City I would actually be in a different state.
*BLAST* Foiled again!
But it isn't even a question of whether or not I'll do it. I live somewhere where my voice counts, even if it is just a wee little bit. I'm American, hear me squeak!

I might actually finish The Da Vinci Code tonight. That'll be swell. And a grand total of two books I have read so far this year. Good thing I'm not signed up for that fifty book challenge thingie. I would be oh so behind. Unless, of course, fic counted.
And I am about 65 pages into Roots. It's excellent and I am loving it, but I am also kind of weary about reading more because I know the jist of what happens. Don't get me wrong, I'm definitely going to keep reading. I'm just . . . apprehensive.
Then maybe I'll finish 1984. And Disobedience
