So, do you think that Bush's words are so slurred because of his history with alcoholism? Like, he doesn't know how to talk without sounding like he is working around a mouthful of marbles?

Though, and I hate to admit it, he has reallllly improved his public speaking since he took office. I remember watching him give his decision about stem cell research and thinking that I knew four year olds more comfortable talking in fromt of people than him.
