Jan. 4th, 2004 06:52 pmOh, Brit-Brit. You so crazy!

I saw The Triplets of Belleville today. Adorable and bizarre. A winning combination. And in French! Wouldn't it be nifty if I spoke French? Fortunately, it was very dialogue lite.

My casserole is done. And tasty. It would have been better if I had added less almonds and cut up the onion into smaller pieces (But my eyes were sting-y! And you would think that after two hours in a 300+ degree oven they would be completely softened!) but overall a tasty success. I'd give it a B+. No where near as good as my moms, but that's to be expected. Why can't she just fly to New York every night and cook me dinner?

There are no words for how much I don't want to go to work tomorrow. How did this weekend go so quickly? Ooo! Maybe Evil Bitch Boss got sick or something! Then I wouldn't have to deal with her! Well, one can hope.
*sigh*

Date: 2004-01-04 06:50 pm (UTC)Oh, dude, completely. I start back at work again tomorrow, and it didn't seem so bad until a few minutes ago when it suddenly hit me. 10 days goes by too damn quickly, but it also makes it feel like far too long since I've been at work, making it all the harder to go back.
There's also the sadness that comes from knowing that this is a definite sign the holidays are over.
Is spring here yet?
