Hello Saturday. How are you? I had two wacky and bizarre dreams. Would you like me to tell you about them? Okay then.

I was flying back from China with my family and we were the only people on the plane. It was a 747 and we had a flight attendant and a pilot, but no other passengers. And we were flying really high. 48,000 feet, which, actually, isn't that high. Only about 10-11,000 feet higher then normal domestic flights. But it was really high. And because it was so high, there wasn't any air, so the flight was really smooth. When we started descending, though, we ended up in forming thunderheads (an aside: have you ever seen thunderheads forming from a plane? It's really fucking cool. It looks just like in the books. I hate flying, but I love seeing clouds from above. When I was little I used to think that if I got out the plane I could jump on them like a trampoline. Okay, I still kind of think that. It's magic, yo) which made the flight turbulent.

When we landed we went to school and it was a normal school, but there were mermaids there posing as real people and trying to keep their mer-ishness a secret. They were like Madison in Splash! - when they were dry, they had legs. They lived underwater, but no one suspected that they were actually mermaids (and in my dream, mermaids was all encompassing - women and men). I asked why they were keeping it a secret and got an earful of the plight of the merperson in today’s society.

Then I woke up.

So, I had been awake for a few hours when I decided to take a nap. I had a dream that I was at work, but work was actually camp. And I was a counselor. And I did all the fucking work but was always being told I messed up (hmmm. How familiar). We were located in some hills, like Westchester, though, not like the Alps or anything, and I remember 1) having to set up some desks and being told that no matter how I set them up they were wrong, 2) watering the plants because no one else would and seeing that they were all almost dead. Also? Sprouting different types of leaves & 3) being warned about two different types of animals that might kill us: antelopes and a West Highland Terrier type of dog with poisonous yellow streak of fur.

There were cabins but I never saw them. One of the cabins had hunters, and they kept killing the antelopes despite being told not to and the other cabin had tennis players, I think. And they were foreign, like Swedish or German.

My big boss was camp director, and she was kind of a bitch. Then Renee Zellwegger and my friend Annie came to camp, and I already knew them, so we chilled. I showed Renee where to put her stuff and everything (Annie already knew). Renee kept getting calls from her Agent.

The ucky part was suddenly there was an infestation of Big Pox. It was like Chicken Pox or something and we had to wash the walls to prevent them. My boss kept saying that we didn't need to wash the walls because it would be too much money. I kept waking up reassuring myself it was just a dream and then falling back asleep into the same itchy dream. It sucked.

Other Saturday stuff of no real importance:

- the world is trying to prevent me from making chicken glop by making slivered almonds unavailable. Grr. I could walk to Walbaums to get them, but then I would have to walk to Walbaums.

- The funeral home down the street that closed was replaces with a . . . funeral home. I suppose that's about right. Who else would want the property? Though, I liked the old one better. It said "Francis X. Hatton Funeral Home" in nice script-like lettering on the front of the building. The new one says "Gleason's Funeral Home" in H&R Block type lettering. Very sterile. I just don't like it.

- I think I am going to see The Triplets of Bellville tomorrow. I could get almonds after that as it is on the way home. Hmmm, that's a thought.

- There is a ton of stuff I could do today, but I really don't want to. I might though. Later.
