The reason for yesterday's poll was because my boss was talking about how the football thing was coming up so things might get crazy in the bars.

AC: The football thing?
Boss: Yeah. You know. That game.
AC: The Super Bowl?
Boss: Yeah!(She says in her strong Brooklyn accent). That's soon, right?
AC: Well, in three months.
Boss: Right. It's coming up.
AC: Okay then. *Bangs head repeatedly against the wall*

In other news, I may be able to avoid a root canal! Woo Hoo!

When I was at Dr. Iloveyousomuch D.D.S. he repolished the tooth that was bothering me (when he did the filling last month he was kind of in a rush because he had to get to an emergency) and it is feeling better. If, after flying back from Thanksgiving, it hurts a lot (flying can be painful if you have tooth problems. Something about the change in pressure. I think) I will go back and he will do nerve work (ugh) and I will have the root canal after the holidays. But I hope it doesn't come to that.

But the cavity I went for is fine. My tooth is not to sore this morning and that is keen.

Another nice thing that happened last night was I got a call from my best childhood friend who I haven't spoken to in two years! Yay! I miss her often and I am going to see her over Christmas. It's nice to hear from old chums.

And free lunch at work today!

And maybe *pleasepleaseplease* my QaF DVD's will come today! I'm keeping me fingers crossed.
