I don't think so. Actually, when you join Weight Watchers or similar diet programs, they ask that you write down everything that you eat. It's supposed to make you aware of when and why you eat (ie. I'm stressed, so I'm having a bowl of Chunky Monkey). It can actually be quite beneficial. Now, I wouldn't be worried about an eating disorder unless you write food down and later, when you're hungry, look at the notebook and say, "Oh, I ate too muh ____ and ____ so now, I'm only going to have celery" or something like that.
muh = much. Have you heard of travelling key stickiness? First, the 'r' key stuck, then it was fine, but the 'f' key would stick. Now the 'f' key is fine, but the 'c' key is sticking. Grrr.
Absolutely not. One of the first things I had to do when I began working with a personal trainer was to write down everything I ate for two weeks. While my goal was gaining muscle mass rather than leaning down, the effect is the same - it immediately makes you more aware of your eating habits. No matter what your fitness goal, adjusting your diet to meet your goals is absolutely necessary. Otherwise, much of the work you do in terms of physical activity is wasted.
Yeah, just echoing the "absolutely nots" of everyone else. Keeping a log of what you eat helps you understand how much you're eating, and where you can cut back, etc. Oftentimes, you don't really how much you snack until you've written it down. I think that it's a great idea if you're going on a diet.
Erm, just for clarification, that last sentence, I mean, I think that it's a great idea *to keep a log* if you're going on a diet. Eh, sorry about that. It sounds bad the other way.
Keeping a food diary is also good for identifying food allergies. My sister did it when she first started getting migraines, and figured out pretty quickly that lactose was one of her main triggers.
I was actually thinking of starting one up again myself. Last time I did it, it worked really well and was quite helpful. The second I stopped writing it down, my healthy eating went out the living. Huh. So there's something to do today - buy a new diary.
Well, if you're eating at all you wouldn't be anorexic. But if you start obsessivly exercising and or throwing up after eating, then I'd say you'd have a problem. ;)

I honestly don't know what to say about keeping a log. Most people who count calories have to keep a record of what they eat.
