1) Shut UP, Lana.

2) How is Lana Lane related to Lois. I assume there is a connection or else why would they have the name in the first place. Why not just name her Lyle Gorch. Or Insipid Dumbass?

(I am prepping for the gayest night on TV. October 1st. Wheeeee!)

She was apparently a character from original Superman canon.

Dude, don't look at me. I'm just a fangirl-by-proxy.

Really. For some reason, they're big on the alliterative names in the Superman-verse. And for some reason all of the most significant people in his life (besides his parents) have L names. Don't ask me why.

Lana Lang has to be one of the dumbest fucking characters ever created. I want her to die a grizzly, horrible death. Always have. I forget, does that happen in a comic? Its been too long for me to remember. (Anyone know???)

If you wanna find something funny in the Smallville/Superman:The Movie Series world. Annette O'Toole who plays Martha on the Ville played Lana Lang in Superman III. Creepy huh?

I think I may have just put my finger on why I despise Superman III so much. It has Lana in it. *pukes*

Years ago I read a comic book in which a device that can predict the future tells Superman that his life will be saved by someone with the initials LL. Later, he gets exposed to Kryptonite, and while he's lying there virtually everyone he knows with the initials LL happens to come by without seeing him. Finally he's rescued by a kid named (I think) Steven Snappin. Supes is all like, huh?, but then the kid turns around, and the back of the kid's baseball jersey reads "Little League!" So the prediction was true after all.

Ah, pointless nostalgia.

I dunno. Do you consider your boss and coworkers to be as significant as your first love, your wife and your arch nemesis?

Do you have an arch nemesis? 'Cause that'd be cool.

That was Annette O'Toole? *thinks back* Oh my gosh, it was! It's been years since I've seen it.

I liked Lana in Superman III. I was probably 12 or something when I saw it. Hee.

Actually I do have an Arch Nemesis. We shall call her BitchTroll.

And some coworkers can be significant. :-P
