I just called my friends to tell them I couldn't go to their Spring party in Dobbs Ferry even though I want to because I have SO MUCH TO DO OMG!!!!! What if the movers come on Saturday, aka The Day After My Last Day of Work and My Party??? If that is the case I have to be completely packed with all the big stuff by THURSDAY!!! And the reason I cancelled going tonight is because I know I will see the people I want to see again before I move because they are coming to the party I know nothing about. But tomorrow I am spending the whole day at the Bronx Zoo of Happiness and Joy because I will be seeing a friend I probably *won't* be seeing before I move which means I have much to do tonight.

Also, last night I saw the Go-Gos and they were awesome. I don't know much of their music, but the songs I knew I danced like a crazy person to and that is what matters. And I danced like a crazy person to the ones I didn't know, but a moderately less crazy person.


I honestly have no idea where to start. so I think I'll order a turkey burger and take it from there . . .

Target has 18 gallon purple "roughneck" totes on sale for 4.99 each. They're a nice size to pack things in. Is that helpful? The sale ends today but Target is open late. I have luggage wheels if you want to use them. I could even meet you at Target if you want. Or I could go to Target for you and deliverr them to you!

Oh my gosh, you are so incredibly sweet! I can't even tell you. Unfortunately, containers are not what I need (my duffel collection is unezpectedly large). I've been begging for boxes, because the dumb-stupid movers won't take anything but, though at least they are coming which is a huge help as we got them two weeks before the actual move. *headdesk*

Have a wonderful time at the zoo. They sell stuffed okapis, er, zebra-bottomed horsie thingies. Not that you need anything extra to move, of course, but still..

If you need boxes, try a Kinko's or another copy place--they go through tons of paper and generally throw those wonderful, wonderful paper boxes away. You could ask at the counter, or just check out by the place's dumpster--often they just pile the things there for people to take. Or possibly the garbagemen to grab, but you can gack them anyway. You're quick, right?
