I'm totally gloating. HA HA HA!

I met canadia_bit.

Yeah, that's right.

I met Bit.

Bit is, like, one of my first online friends. I met her through TWoP and continued through LJ and she lives in BC - like, in Canada - and I didn't know when I would ever meet her but she was suddenly in Indiana and I am in Chicago and HELLO how an I going to miss an opportunity like that and, on top of that to see my favorite sunbrae (and the Monkey's who are so wonderfully sweet and adorable) and fenwic and adjrun (and her adorable new man who is just about the sweetest little boy in the world) and I met enkeli who is very cool and juliedarling though I hate that I only got to meet her for about five minutes before I had to go. Boo!

All in all it was such a fabulous night, eating Cuban food and spending time with Fenny on her birthday and seeing all of these amazing women (OMGBIT!) and possibly I might be just a jot interested in pursuing a relationship with The Ninth Doctor maybe I think perhaps.

*cough*

The only downside was that I could only do the night. It sucks like woah, but I had to get my mom's car back to Chicago for her to use tonight and it took about four and a half hours to get home. Thankfully I had the GoF Audio book to keep me going. It really is such a wonderful story.

I got home, did some groceries, ate some dinner cleaned up a bit of cat puke and gave Peekie some love (I *missed* her!) and then dozed. Now I am doing a masque and trying to stay awake until about nine-ish. I'm afraid that if I go to sleep too soon it'll backfire and I'll be up at four.


Thankfully there is HP fic to keep me going . . .

More, I know there is much more (like weekend details) but I am so sluggish and sleepy and so I am going to sign off leaving you all green with envy and wishing you were me.
