A Crisis of China

I want these dishes.

Well, really just the dinner plate, the salad plate and the bowl. Eight of each. Maybe ten. I don't know.

The point is, I can't afford them.

The other point is that I am having an existential crisis about my dinnerware. The current dinnerware I have is my Grandmother's old stuff and it's fun and pretty and from Italy and I like it but it's not *mine*.

Oh, I think I want the mug, too. But only a few of those. And only if they have a good lip.

I NEED MY OWN DINNERWARE!

Does anyone else have a cat who likes to lick/eat paper? Should this be a cause of concern?

I spoiled myself about something related to Deathly Hollows and I have no regrets. I wish it was out now.

I think I need to go home and ponder the state of my dinnerware. And do laundry.
