The day to end all days . . .
Jun. 9th, 2006 10:14 amFor on this day, the greatest day to be born in the WHOLE YEAR a child was born and she was beautiful and she was funny and she was a wonderful friend. And she now lives in Chicago which, conveniently, is where I now live which will make is so much easier to spend time with her especially for post-work, birthday drinks!

Jun. 9th, 2006 11:01 pmI have had four glasses of wine. My thirties are starting off well.
All I need right now is good apartment karma- the fuckwits I used to rent from (yes, both in Queens & Brooklyn) are not getting back to the place I want to live and they need the verification to approve the application. I am filled with the rage, yo. But also wine and tomorrow I am seeing Jimmy Buffet and there is an art fair this weekend and on Monday I start my new job which is the very best thing ever and I am so excited and a little drunk.
