So much I want to post about, good and less good, and I haven't gotten to it because I am in a state of overall apathy about pretty much everything. *sigh*

But they are (for self reference): Weight, Ann Taylor Loft, SoHo, Street Fair (sunglasses, sweater, cotton candy), medical mystery that is my ear, brother graduating freak out, Dresden, Jurassic Park/The Lost World, scarf, and much, much more. Yeesh. I bet it's all really boring, too.

I leave you with a conversation I had with my mother re: my Magical Museum Tour and student discounts.

AC: I went to many museums.
AC's mom: I'm so happy you did.
AC: I got a student discount as I am a student.
AC's mom: very nice.
AC: sadly, I forgot that I was a student until I was at the third and final museum so I ended up paying full price for the first two.
AC's mom: Well, just because you're a student doesn't mean you're smart.

Why doen't the lj spellcheck recognize contractions? This is something I've been wondering for years.
